Biography:

Yinu Wang, PhD, is a postdoctoral fellow in Dr. Daniela Matei’s laboratory in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Northwestern University. Yinu received her BS degree in Pharmacy from Shenyang Pharmaceutical University in 2006, an MS in Biology from Western Kentucky University in 2011 and a PhD in Pharmacology in 2017 from Indiana University.

As a graduate student working with Dr. Ken Nephew, she studied the mechanisms contributing to the emergence of chemoresistant recurrent tumors and focused on the functions of cancer stem cells (CSCs) driving tumor relapse. This work defined key signaling pathways contributing to the maintenance of ovarian CSCs. She also laid the groundwork for investigating epigenetic targeting of ovarian CSCs, by using DNMT methytransferase inhibitors.

At Northwestern University, her research focuses on defining epigenetic signatures and the 3D chromatin nanoarchitecture of ovarian CSCs. She will link the physical properties of chromatin in ovarian CSCs with epigenetic mechanisms regulating gene transcription, to discover specific vulnerabilities of OCSCs. The ultimate goal is to target and eradicate CSCs, prevent tumor relapse, and improve survival rates of women with ovarian cancer.

Research Interests:

Andrew Hague’s interest in the technology that was to become CellSonic began in 1987 with the first lithotripter in Britain. Using his own capital, he developed the CellSonic VIPP machines and sold them around the world.

In 2016, Professor Hague devised the protocol for curing cancer and this is now used in CellSonic Clinics in India, Peru, Switzerland and Poland. Many more are planned. There are no side effects, drugs must not be used and the cancer is stopped within three days.

CellSonic VIPP has been used for physiotherapy and sports medicine for twenty years. Where the patient also had cut skin the cure for non-healing wounds was discovered and that led to repairing nerves and pain release. Professor Hague is the owner of CellSonic Limited and advises the Universities of Bradford in England and Hyderabad in India.

Kadri Altundag MD MKA Breast Cancer Clinic Tepe Prime I was a professor of Medical Oncology at Hacettepe University Cancer Institute. My main interest area is breast cancer. I had been at MD Anderson Cancer Center, Texas, the USA between 2004-2006 as a visiting scientist and worked there at Breast Medical Oncology Unit. I had breast cancer breast cancer presentations at both international and national conferences.

I conducted more than 30 international breast cancer clinical studies. I had my own breast cancer patients since 2006 more than 5000 patients. Fort the last 4-5 years, I saw 60-80 newly diagnosed breast cancer patients every month. I had 689 international publications and 209 international abstracts and 6683 citations

Besides, I have expertise in chemical analysis, research development tool and techniques that reflect my nature of work with determining the chemotherapy efficacy by using fluorescent sensor and target therapy for cancer. Jian He, Ph.D., Associate Professor  Core Director of Genomics Core,  The Center for Single-Cell Omics (CSCOmics), School of Public Health,  Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine  Address: 227 South Chongqing Road, Shanghai, China Dr. He obtained her Ph.D. degree from a joint Ph.D. program in Jilin University and University of California, San Diego, which was supported by China Scholarship Council.

Dr. He then worked in Los Alamos National Laboratory in the United States, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Shanghai Jiao Tong University in China. In 2019, Dr. He joined the Center for Single-Cell Omics in Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine as the core director of the genomics core. Dr. He research focused on developing more sophisticated protocols of single-cell multiple-omics and studying major diseases, especially oncology using single-cell omics strategies.

Dr. He has authored more than 40 high-quality scholarly articles including twelve first-authored and correspondence author papers, including Genome Research, EBioMedicine, Scientific Reports, which has been extensively cited. Also, Dr. He has filed 6 patents (2 issued). She was invited to contribute review articles by high influential research journals in her field and give oral presentations at national and international conferences. Dr. He also serves as an article reviewer of numerous notable international journals. Also, she has participated in the adult education program as Instructor of Youth and Lifelong Learning Foundation of Municipality Athens, Greece. She has a Ph.D. in Oncology Surgical Nursing which was obtained from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece. Also, she is a Postdoctoral Researcher in Perianaesthesia Nursing at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece. She has experience in research methodology (quantitative and laboratory assays) and she has a strong interest in clinical nursing practice and research focused on pain, stress, and neuropeptides’ levels issues, mainly concerning oncology and surgical patients (adults).

She has participated in research projects, such as “Study of the effectiveness of Fast-track protocol in postoperative care in patients after hepatectomy or pancreatectomy”.
